My Web Site For Promotional Products

Promovision NZ

Recommended Posts

I have this site for last 2 years and I have been working on it constantly.

It is bit of hybrid store as cart has been removed, as you can notice, but product prices are displayed.

Only thing that annoy me currently is resolution of banners on home page. They are not sharp and I can not figure out why. I used high res photos and I tried different banner sizes, as well as native size as Prestashop recommend, but I just can not get sharp looking banners.

If anyone has any input regarding banners, or web site in general, please let me know.

My web site is

http://promovision.co.nz/

Many thanks

Hi,

Congratulation for your online store. :)

Regarding high quality images for online store an expert person in Photoshop and CorelDRAW can help to build better images for banners and website.

I hope my suggestion helps.

Thanks Zohai.

Problem is that photos for banners are high quality, and banners are high quality, but when I upload them on web site, Prestashop does bluer them out. Even wen I set photo size in correct pixel size in Photoshop.

  • 3 weeks later...
  • Lack of sticky header
  • Lack of dynamic date in copyright
  • Many colors and textures (old school)
  • Gray space on the megamenu right side
  • Too much useless space in footer and not balanced. Blank spaces are not bad. Most of the times are useful for "decompression" but they have to be symmetrical at least.
  • Lack of proper SSL installation (or maybe some file that is being called from http source)
