Alessio Posted January 10, 2018 Share Posted January 10, 2018 Hi there, I suppose to have a bug on my brand new prestashop ecommerce website: when a customer successfully pay whit Paypal on Prestashop BO order is marked with "Awaiting Cash On Delivery Validation" instead of "Payment Accepted". You also said originally that Paypal is marking orders as "Awaiting Cash On Delivery Validation", however this screen shot shows "Pending check mark"? Alessio Posted January 16, 2018 Author Share Posted January 16, 2018 Hi bellini13, Time stamp Order status is identical because is an automatic operation by PS, I will manually mark as payed later. And i have just tried 3 different orders: . italian shop with paypal: marked correctly . italian shop with amazon pay: marked correctly . world shop with paypal: marked correctly So everything seems ok, but last 3 real orders made by customers from US, United Arab Emirates and Canada with paypal are marked as "In attesa verifica contrassegno" [pink] and one correct (see attached). bellini13 Posted January 21, 2018 Share Posted January 21, 2018 I'm unable to tell you why, but I can say you must have made some customizations, because "pending check mark" is not a standard order status.
