how does the language set works

Hi, I try to find out how can I add row to files with languages. There are row like that:
$_MODULE['<{bankwire}prestashop>bankwire_85ee0d0492a4e37e6c183520f5d59c40'] = 'Hello there'

I don't know how can I composse my key to variable $_MODULE. Is it include any other duty when i want to add row? Thanx for any advise

You are not supposed to do this manually. In the Back Office go to the Tools -> Translations and select the proper area and language to translate.
