When customer select the second option "Italian Islands shipment" receives the attached screenshot error. Can you help me to understand and fix this problem? Thank you for your kind cooperation. For the regions: it depends if each region has an own price. If yes, than yes. For to ship by postal code, you need to use a module which delivers by postal code. https://addons.prestashop.com/en/search?search_query=zip code Prestasho does not offer this fine-tuning. BUT IN FACT You will not touch any iso-code for that. if you are using shipping zones -> Possibly solution and free. Short tutorial on how to add new shipping zones: Location -> Zones create four new Zones (IT - Sicily, IT - Calabria, IT -Sardinia, and IT for rest Italy), so you're independent of Europe. Only after that you can create a separate price range on carrier for the islands as a sole price. Under Shipping -> CarrierAdd to the carrier the prices in separate for your new zones: Sicily, Calabria and Sardinia and IT in separate. Under shipping -> price rangeThen add your price ranges, for ex: 0 euro to 10 euro, 10 euro to 20 euro, etc. for each individual shipping service. Select there total price or total weight. This is extra, if you ar sending by weight:Under Shipping -> Weight classesThen add on the weight class the weight ranges for each country. For to create STATES: Localization >states -> new Add name, ISOCODE = IT, select country Italy and your new added zone. Localization > country -> Italy - change here setting to contain states.
