Cannot change order status

Hello friends. I appeal to you and your generous help, for I have searched extensively and I can not find that part I can change the status of an order to pay, when you have already made a bank transfer.
I have sales stops for this is very important to be able to place an order on their individual situations.
Also the customer does not appear the details of the products you have requested, as you can see is blank, when in fact there is already an order

I searched on orders> order details, which means that there are tabs for selecting the new order status, but I do not see anything. someone with many sales can you tell me where I can do this? This has happened to me after the 1.3.1 update
