can you please give some more information, please in english as your post is in the international(english) forum.

With the information you provided we cant advise. Also i think a payment failure first has to be excluded with your payment provider. Maybe the payment is realy failed.

our prboem is when the buyer pay, but he can't pay it succefully .

oh  if use bank then how to add the bank information, or add the bank mould ? how to add the paylal and the bank mould ?

yes, dear we have install, but don't know why can't use. 

do you know it ? can you tell us how to deal with it  ?

You need to configure the module as well. Only by installing paypal it will not work. In first you need to have a valid paypal account. Than you create on the back-office of your paypal account the id credential. These credentials you add to the module configuration on your back-office.

Instead to select USA as default country you should select your country !

Why your customers cannot use paypal is probably due to misconfiguration of the module. Without any error codes we are not able to help you, so please name the errors.

Try by yourself to create an order and pay with paypal in sandbox mode of paypal module.

Or activate debug mode on your site and try to create an order with paypal as payment and come back with the errors you are having.
