How to make REFERENCE table with displaying a list/filter of products?

There are usual products with specific feature values, for example, various auto wheels with the same radius:

 

Category = Wheels

Products: wheel1 (wheel_radius=17), wheel2 (wheel_radius=17), wheel3 (wheel_radius=17).

 

The task is to obtain those products based on a specific criteria (wheel_radius=17) and to display them based on the reference value in the table .:

Where it is possible to display a Table view? Like a table from Excel with some rows and columns.

For example: car’s model, the recommended the size of the disk, the wheel radius …

So, the products in the table are displayed from Category = Wheels , but selected with the required value (wheel_radius=17), that it is a reference value.

 

is it hard to make such functions ?
