[solved]Edit shipping costs

I'm looking for a module or way how to edit shipping costs after order has been paced.( not only BO order )  Creating discounts or products as additional shipping fee , are not good options  since it doesn't show up on invoice as part of the shipping fee.  Few topics are here already but have been closed without final solution.

So if anybody has some trick, I'd be grateful to read it.
