Display SubCategories Titles + Products on Category page

First, I am sorry if you already read my question somewhere else on the forum but I got no solutions so far so I thought I would post it under "Development" with a better explanation.

If you don't have time to read, just have a look at the pictures.

The first one is WHAT I HAVE, and the second one WHAT I WANT.

I Have:
Under each Category/Restaurant:

1) Category/Restaurant Name
2) Decription
3) Sub Categories Links
4) All products under the category "Restaurant"

I want:

1) Category/Restaurant Name
2) Description
3) Sub Categories Links

4) Products list like this:
Sub Category Title 1 // STARTERS
Product 1
Product 2
Product 3

Sub Category Title 2 // MAIN COURSES
Product 1
Product 2
Product 3

Sub Category Title 3 // DESSERTS
Product 1
Product 2
Product 3


I tried to change the code under "Category.tpl" so add the titles of the subcategories but I didn't succeed.

I suppose that the best would be to display the products of each sub-categories directly on the Category page (and we don't need to have the product under the Main Category as well).

Or, if it's possible to call the name of the sub-categories of each product, but as you can attribute more than 1, I don't think it would work.

If you could give me a direction on which files to update and maybe a similar module that has been developed that would be great. I would share my results on this post if I can get what I want.

I didn't test it.
