Saving products, adding descriptions

The ability to save a product has disappeared from my Product pages. It also isn't showing text boxes for Summary or Description. The same has happened on the Image Slider module - it won't show the text box so I can't replace the lorem text.

It all worked once... and now it won't. I've cleared and disabled the cache. I've logged out and back in again.

If there is a way to get Prestashop's attention on this? I was beguiled by the marketing messages of flexibility and control, and now have neither. Is the best option to leave and start again elsewhere?

Please help me!

Crushingly I realise my window was off the screen. I hid the save button from myself. Fool.

Still no sign of the text blocks for Summary and Descriptions though.

Found the answer.  Clear the browser history. Maybe this seems obvious to others but it took me a few days to look beyond Prestashop. Have to do the same on all browsers, it's a repeating problem. Hope someone finds this helpful - maybe test it out as a resolution to BOOM-4220 in The Forge.
