paypal logo in homepage send to blank page

hi there, i need your help again.

i've got a problem in homepage with paypal logo, it redirect to mysite/modules/paypal/about.php but it shows blank page

another problem is that if i change language in frontoffice paypal logo desappear

anybody can help me?

 

with debug shows

i've checked and there are no file in backward_compatibility folder

how can i solve it?
