Friendly url images [tried everything didnt help]

I experience the commonly known problem. Product image disappears when enable friendly url. I have tried all solutions i found here such as rebuild htaccess, regenerating thumbnail, change file storage system, themes, moving images, writing permission(777), reuploading images etc but my product image keep disappearing. It used to work before but then it broke. I'm not the owner of the store and i do not exclude it caused by him but he rejects and i don't see any obvious things to cause stuff like that.  Any help, please
