Fatal error when customer logs in Prestashop 1.6

For a few days now, a fatal error with an entirely white screen is being displayed when some customers login. The system logs them in but customer can only see the product & category pages as they see fatal error when they go to see their account or checkout. At least 2 customers have complained and I can't figure it out. I have attached the debug code as I couldn't paste it here as it is very long.

I would really appreciate if someone can guide on what may be wrong or with which module and how I can fix it. Any help will be appreciated.
