Advanced Subscription by Presta-Module customisation required

Hi, I am looking for a developer preferably with some knowledge of the Advanced subscription by Presta module to provide some customisations to the module - 

1 - Subscriptions must have a minimum value in order to be processed
2 - Currently subscription renewals are by month (upto 12 months, i would like a fortnightly (2 week) option too
3 -  Also a quotation to add sagepay as the payment method for subscriptions. The developer has sent me the following file which will be of use.
