ShipStation and Prestashop 1.7.2.x

We're using a drop ship vendor that uses ShipStation to process orders, update shipping, etc., however, even following ShipStation's very easy to use integration method, we get errors of site not found, invalid authentication, etc.

 

We've regenrated keys, even gave complete access to that key in webservices, to no avail. We even created the suggested .htaccess file in the /webservice folder.

 

Any suggetions or ideas?

 

One error we get is this.

If we redirect the ShipStation configuration directly to the dispatcher.php file, in the /webservice directory, the error is this.
