John1980 Posted November 26, 2017 Share Posted November 26, 2017 Hi, I have a strange trouble I'll explain the problem, hoping you can help me to find out the causes. Prestashop 1.6.1.7. I have a Cart Rule (no discount code insert) that applies for any product purchased 30% discount. First orders start and no problem. However, from 11:00 to 12:00 something strange happens. Five orders are recorded without the discount voucher applied. We have looked at the servers LOG long and wide, without finding any problems. These 5 users, may they have saved the cart on the previous days and when they entered the site, did not use the discount, as it is not retroactive? Could it be a cache problem? I can not explain why. Please, please help me. I asked help in Facebook Group and they say that is could be a cache server trouble. Tomorrow I will check, but I would ask if somebody had his trouble.
