1.6.1.14 - Problem, orders of products with more than 1 combination option results in no order invoice being generated, or product details on the order

Hi Guys,

We are facing a problem with some orders not creating an invoice in the orders area, those orders have no status when completed just -- and no products on the order, we have to go into the Shopping Carts section and find what the customer ordered that way.

We have after a lot of investigation discovered that it seems to be when someone orders a product with more than 1 drop down option, orders of products with no options, or with 1 selectable option, all come through fine and an invoice is created, only orders of products with more than 1 selectable option mean the order invoice does not get generated.

I have attached some images to be clearer about the issue.

Can anyone advise where to start looking to fix this issue please?
