TWAlchemist Posted November 22, 2017 Share Posted November 22, 2017 Hi, we are experiencing problems generating some credit slips when we do partial refunds in orders made with promo codes. When we generate the slip, prestashop makes it for the full amount of the prices ignoring the discount. I use PS 1.7.5.1 and everytime I create a credit slips for an order with vouchers the full product price get refunded. The function that should recalculate the product prices with the credit slip is not working. Also when you choose the option to set a manual amount to credit the same problem occurs so the full product price gets refunded. Please help!
