Prestashop error upgrade from 1.6.1.17 to 1.7.2.0

Hi, i try update a fresh 1.6.1.17 to 1.7.2.0 with oneclick 1.6.7 and works well but...

When i try the same with my db, i get that error:

How can i solve it? 

 

All works fine, but in admin panel, when i press modules, that respond error 500, bad upgrade no?
