Send an email automatically to my warehouse after payment confirmation

Hello,
I am in PS 1.6 and Im looking for a module to send a email directly to my warehouse when the order is paid and the payment is approved.
Maybe in the code directly? (add in CCI my warehouse when sending the email to the customer of his order form)?

Using a module may or may not be possible, it will depend on your definition of what 'payment is approved' means.  What payment methods do you accept, and what payment modules do you use?

Is this a particular order status, or is there some other way to determine what 'payment approved' means for each payment module you use?

Also what is the contents of the email that needs to be sent to the warehouse, including the subject?

Payment is by credit card. What I would like is that when the payment is accepted, that the warehouse is automatically notified by email with the pdf "delivery note"

And how do you define "payment is accepted"?  Is that the "payment accepted" order status? 

Also, what are you looking for here.  Are you asking for a developer to create you a module for this?  Are you looking for help to do this development yourself?  Are you looking for an existing solution?

Lastly, what is a "delivery note"?

You can change the send mail and the mail which should be sent on your back-office on tab "order -> status".
