Old to new without update

[DDD]

Hi,

I running a Prestashop since a couple of years. I'm currently on 1.6.X version but I'm looking at a 1.7 upgrade.

My problem is that I've added and customized quite a few things along the years. I think it will be a big job to get everything working OK on 1.7 installation.

 

So I'm wondering if there's any way to "start fresh" with a 1.7 installation but still import the important information about stock, customers, order history and such... but cleaning out all the customizations?
