Incoming processes

Good day:

I would like to know that you can help me, have helped me make important changes to my site that I have not been asked for and have had problems that my page gave me 500 error due to saturation of the server, when checking this my processes were in 20/20 and use of CPU 50/100, so you can not do anything. Talk to my hosting provider, do you have the processes and everything fixed but you indicate that this is due to redundant processes and I do not know what I would like to help?

Same thing happens to me from time to time. It helps to clean the cache, at list in my case
