Prestashop 1.7 - can't change the logo

Dear all, 

I have issues with a theme I just bought "Leo Vanis Fashion" which doesn't show in the front-end the changes I apply in the back-office.

For instance, I have updated the logo in the back office but it doesn't change in the front-end. 

I have tried browsing the web server and I have noticed that the new logo is uploaded from the back-office into the default 'img' folder of the Prestashop installation whilst the logo displayed in the Leo Vanis fashion theme is got from the following path: "themes/leo_vanis_fashion/assets/img/modules/appagebuilder/images/"

In fact, if I replace the logo used in the theme through FTP using the same name for my logo, it's shown. But this can't be the solution because it happens to every design change in the back-office, even the carousel images text doesn't appear in the front-office.

 

Can you help, please?

Did you try to clear your cache?

Go to Advanced parameters -> Performance.

Also try to load your website in incognito mode.
