Min. requirements you will find here: https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/633856-server-requirements-tested-in-production-for-ps-16/?do=findComment&comment=2628570 https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/633857-server-requirements-for-ps-17/?do=findComment&comment=2628572 If you don't know which settings your server is having, so contact your provider and send him the list.
