Class 'Context' not found in /public_html/config/config.inc.php

Hello all,

I moved my site from a hosting service to another but facing this error,

PHP Fatal error:  Class 'Context' not found in /home/../public_html/config/config.inc.php on line 110

Please can anyone help me solve this error.

I am attaching config.inc.php with this question.
