uijaz Posted October 26, 2017 Share Posted October 26, 2017 Hi All, We are facing a serious problem of not being able to export our Customer dataset which amounts to more than 400,000 entries. We are constantly getting the HTTP 500 error from whichever machine, network, browser we try exporting the data from. This has been a great source of distress and is inhibiting our operations. Has anyone experienced this problem before? If this is a valid bug we would like it to be resolved ASAP so we can proceed with our work. If Prestashop can help us export our data in any other way, we would gladly welcome that. Kindly let us know of any action plans. Thank you.
