Product SAVE Button, catalog, ajax ... GREAT PROBLEMS Prestashop 1.7.x.x

I use prestashop from 5 years. Now I installed the new version 1.7.2.2 and then also upgraded to 1.7.2.3.
THE PROBLEM REMAIN: when I'm in the admin panel, and I try to insert a new product, modify a product and in general to manage products catalog ...
the modal window (at teh bottom of the page ) that contain the save button to save product a lot of times do not appear.
Sometimes yes appear the button SAVE, but when appear and I click on SAVE, products informations was saved ( sometimes not saved), but all functions go in block.
I tested and the problem is the same on:
Chrome, Mozilla, Opera, Yandex, Explorer, Safari, Edge
I suppose there is a great bug, NOT NORMAL for a web CMS for ecommerce, for which I suppose is thinked to insert products to sell.

But in prestashop 1.7.2.2 or 1.7.2.3 there isn't the directory:
admin-dev/themes/default/template/controllers/products/prices.tpl

HELP ME PLEASE !!!
