Question about Paypal integration for manual orders

My [spam-filter] has a successful one-woman mail-order business. Everything goes through Paypal. Today she's creating her invoices inside of Paypal manually.

 

I have shown her Prestashop and have a question about Paypal integration: If she enters a manual order can Prestashop create the invoice in Paypal?

 

All I could find was a similar question asked a few years where the response was to ask that customer to login, find the order and pay - however, she does not want to put a store out there yet.

Prestashop does not send invoices to Paypal.  If she does not want her store to be public, then there would not be a way to have the customer pay for the manually created order without the customer just logging into Paypal and sending money.  That would not do anything inside of Prestashop, she would still have to manually update the manually created order to reflect it as paid.
