Http Error 500 - after installation

Hello,

 

I managed to install prestashop 1.7.22 properly.
There was no problem during the auto-installation.

But, if I write the url vinobirraliquore.it I get the following error message:

The page does not work

www.vinobirraliquore.it is not currently able to handle the request.
HTTP ERROR 500
(with google chrome. While, with mozilla firefox I get a white page)

If I write in url vinobirraliquore.it/admin to access the administration area
I get the same error:

www.vinobirraliquore.it is not currently able to handle the request.

What was wrong with me?

Try to enable debug mode and see if any error message appears.

thanks for your reply.

But I get blanc page and so I can't access to back office ot CONFIGURE menu under Advanced Parameters > Performance,

as suggested in the post linked.

 

Any other tips?

Solution from 1.6 works also, sorry I did not mention.

 

So just edit defines.inc.php in config folder to

define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', true);
