Hi all,

I think the problem is solved for me. ets-soft was right before that the cause is .htaccess. I did what he said but didn't work until i removed the .htaccess from the root and then activate the "Friendry URL" (or let it activated if is already so) and Save.

Tks,

This issue hounded me for days after I upgraded a client's site from 1.6.16 to 1.7...what ever it was, and product images didn't show on the site or in the product lists in the back office.

The migration tool I used had a small bug which caused a failure of the migration from the old ps_image_shop table to the new one.

I had to migrate this table's contents manually, and the images still didn't show.

It was then I noticed the old ps_image_shop table has it's columns in this order:

id_image
id_shop
cover
id_product

The new ps_image_shop table has the id_product column first, ie:

id_product
id_image
id_shop
cover

I reimported the data in this correct order, and BAMM, the product images appeared instantly!

tessan is correct!

you can try to deactivate the friendly url then activate it again (this is to re-generate .htacess file).

I checked you site the image is there but it is "not fond" http://garrafeiraprimewines.com/9-home_default/teste.jpg

it can be a problem with .htaccess or your server rewrite mod

Correct! Same problem then it was solved!

I'm coming across this same issue.

I can confirm that the pictures listed in my import file are present and accessible.

I receive no errors when uploading the import.

The images do not show in either the front or backend.

I have disabled cache (left off), disabled friendly urls (tested but no difference so turned back on) but still no pictures.

Any help on this would be great, before I move on to my next task.

As per

I've editted and removed www from my domain names.    This has still not worked.

I imported the products again just in case, deleting the old products, no change.

Manually adding a product image from the BO works fine.

The solution is to check the seo url for other language if that is empty it will not show in that language for you need to add seo url for that language.

Once changed clear cache and refresh browser it will show Hope this helps someone.

Thanks

Login via your ftp and delete (or rename) your /var/cache folder.

Next delete your browser cache, in your browser.

Hello,

I think the issue is with the permissions on the image folder. The images and folder is not set to the correct permission. It needs to be 0755. You can do this by going into your FTP > Prpperties and right clicking on the folder or image.
Read up about Permissions.
Or you can do it like this. Read this:

Hello, I did it with filezilla, no luck! 😟

I just went to the img folder but dont see images only the same "fileType" inside each of them, is it normal?

I already tried regenerate thumbnails just in case, but didnt fix it

I remember this issue appered when I did a child_theme of the current theme, then I go back
to de original theme and also to default theme but the error is still there.

They did:

We have updated below files on your server path

"/themes/Ebotic/templates/catalog/_partials/product-cover-thumbnails.tpl"
