error "No Carriers available for your delivery address"

I am starting to set up a PrestaShop site in Australia.

I have purchased and installed Australia Post Pro shipping module and believe I have some basic settings.

 

I am trying to do a trial purchase to test the site.

At the third step in the sale process after entering my address I get this warning:

"Unfortunately there are no carriers available for your delivery address"

and it won't let me get to payment options.

 

I have "Oceania" ticked in shipping locations and costs.

 

What more do I have to do to get past this point?

Check your country is assigned to zone Oceania.

Thank you. I managed to get one delivery option to work by setting it as the default carrier. Now I can't see why my second carrier option is not at least shown.

There is some small aspect that is not falling into place for me.

Each carrier has to be assigned to that zone. 

 

So everytime you add one add it to the zone also. By default they don't get added.
