Hi there, I need a custom page developed for my site. I need a few forms where the customer can input their gift card details to sell to me.

 

So the customer will need;

1. To be able to specify an amount in GBP or EUR.

2. The next input box should be a drop down of popular gift card brands.

3. The following input box should request a serial number to be typed.

4. The next box should request a PIN numbr to be typed.

5. There should be a slider which will allow the user to set the discount they want to sell their voucher for. (Between 5% and 50%).6. There should be a total indicating how much their voucher will sell for and what the will receive (minus our commission).

If I have poorly explained what I need, have a look at Zeek.me, go through their Sell Gift Card section and that is what i want. Please let me know how many hours this will take and pricing?

 

Regular work can be provided in regards to maintaining the back-end of the site and custom CSS work.
