erikovs Posted September 7, 2017 Share Posted September 7, 2017 Sometimes I receive orders over the telephone, when creating the order in BO, and choosing the correct freight option, it always shows 0 in freight costs (freight should always be added in my setup). So for now I have to go in FO and do everything there while I talk to the customer, but it would be more convenient if I could get the BO function to work. PrestaHeroes USA Posted September 9, 2017 Share Posted September 9, 2017 Hi Erik, I just tested order creation on 1721 shop. I added customer, added their address and the shipping worked. Note: this is with 'native' PS shipping. It's very possible you have a 3rd party shipping module? If so it may not fire when creating order from back office.
