In order confirmation mail dont show product list with other language

HI,

 

I have added more one language (lithuanian language).

And when I go to payment and click payment method i get mail with order confirmation.

 

In english it is okay, in mail i see product name and quantity

 

But in lithuanian language dont see product name, quantity. (Add print screen) .

 

how can i fix the problem?

You need to check your mail template folder, it's usually located in

/yourtheme/mails

or

/mails

The first path has priority over the second location. There you see language codes and in this sub directories you have the templates.

The problem you described is most likely caused by missing template files for the new language.

are your products also translated to lithuanian language?

You are missing one .tpl file in your new language directory. As long as you don't check this, your problem won't get solved.

This works maybo for PS 1.6, but how about 1.7 ?

I have the same Problem, but in 1.7.2.4 / classic. 

And the text is missing with every language.

I found this files in the "mails" Folder:

- order_conf.txt

- order_conf.html

but those files are in every language Folder.

Same problem in 1.7.3, but only when the user pay on delivery and only in different language from english.

In my case I think there is a problem with cash on delivery module, cause with other payment systems is all ok.

 

When user pay with cash on delivery, in english language everything is ok, in italian I have email subject in english and no products showing.
Very strange behavior, if everyone have some advice please write me.
