aee156 Posted September 1, 2017 Share Posted September 1, 2017 Hello, I have a few stores that run ps 1.5 and 1.6 (I know I should upgrade but I have custom themes and upgrading leads to a mess everytime I try) Anyhow, I have Paypal USA Canada, it is not the Paid Paypal Pro module. For some reason this module will take the order successfully and send it to my paypal account, however, the order is never recorded in the orders section of the dashboard. It is like it never happened, however, it does create a customer record. The only way I know the order went through is when I get an order from Paypal. bellini13 Posted September 2, 2017 Share Posted September 2, 2017 the paypal usa module is dead at this point, it has not received any changes/updates in years. its possible you could pay someone to fix this module (there are several known issues with it), or you could just invest in a paid/supported module for the same or cheaper You could also look into using the old "paypal europe" module which was updated to be a global one, however I don't know how well that will work on PS v1.5 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
