issue AJAX Cart + Add to cart

Hi everyone, 

 

 

I have two issues I can't figure out: 

 

- Ajax Cart (which I put in a floating menu): when I have too many products, the Order box disappear (and Ajax Cart only shows 6 products)

 

- product_list.tpl -> when I click on "Add to cart" directly, the pop-up that opens (to allow to checkout or continue shopping) doesn't show properly --> It shows in the middle of the page, as it should be, for the first product, then disappear progressively when I scroll down, see screen shots. 

 

The only thing I modified in the product_list.tpl is the truncate for title & short description, as well as removed the UTF-8 formatting for short description -> could the bug come from that ?!
