Cannot upgrade from 1.7.1.2 to 1.7.2.0

Hello! I am trying to update to 1.7.2.0 from 1.7.1.2 with the 1-click module and it gives me this error

this error when I try to update with the major from the official prestashop site:
[Ajax / Server Error for action download] textStatus: "error " errorThrown:"Internal Server Error " jqXHR: " "

and this error when I try to update with an archive from my server:
[Ajax / Server Error for action unzip] textStatus: "error " errorThrown:"Connection Timed Out " jqXHR: "

also, I cannot connect to the addons marketplace from the BO , it says that the credentials are wrong, but when I try to login to the website with the same credentials there is no problem.

 

I deleted the cache, and used different browsers, same problem.

 

Any help?

This looks like an error that happened with an older version of the 1-click upgrader. There are plenty of examples on the forums. Try updating the 1-click module first?

are you allowing the upgrade module to back up your files and database?  If so, take your own backups and disable those features in the upgrade module

I disallowed the module to make backups and it is up to date but it still display this error.

I tried again today, updated the 1-click upgrade to v3.0.3 and tried to update prestashop to v1.7.2 stable - (1.7.2.3) but I've an error when the db update starts :
