Show a category listing customized by id

I want to display a category listing selected by ID within a category.

 

In category.tpl

 

{if 'MY CONTIDION'}

 

SHOW PRODUCTS FROM CATEGORY X

{include file="./product-list.tpl" products=$products category=$X}

 

{/if}

 

Something like that

 

Note1: I would like to show with a limit of 30 products and at random in the category.

Note2: Do not ask me why.  It's just a crazy thing. =)
