allow_url_fopen issue when is already actived

Hi,

 

I´m installing Prestashop 1.7.2.0 and at the third step, the installation tells me that I have to activate allow_url_fopen. I activate this parameter in cPanel but installation still giving me the same error.

 

That´s my php.ini:

Any ideas?

having the same problem
