Change default front office language

I'm trying to set default language for back office and front office as well. I've read documentation, but whatever I do under Localization option it doesn't change default language. 

 

PrestaShop version is 1.7.2 - I'm sure that this option worked in previous version.

 

Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong here?

Hi,

 

I was wrong. Setting new or another language as default is working properly. My problem was browser related, since my installation by default was on English language, and once front office was loaded, cookie was set in browser for using English language, and no matter which language I set as default, it doesn't load new language as default. 

 

I guess I forgot how Presta is working, or I somehow foresaw, that this was working in previous versions (switching default language without clearing browser cookies)
