Send order to multiple shipping locations

Hi,

 

Our customer sells with a single e-commerce in Europe.
In Italy, Australia and Germany have shipping warehouses.
How can I send e-commerce orders to various shipping departments depending on the country of orders?

Another small question: is there a module to select which products have the free shipping
and to include on them the "free shipping" ribbon on the product list page?
