Password recovery does not work for customers

Hello,

 

I've received some e-mail from several clients who said that they cannot connect with the password they get after they completed the password recovery process.

 

So I decided to test myself, and It Works. Acutally, several client could not connect with the new password they get in the email, so I thought that was not just 1 client who did something wrong...

 

But When I tried It Works and when my friend tried It Work also...

 

I'm lost, where can I look ?

Is it all clients having this issue? Do you know if they are using a specific client that might alter the password display?
It might just be that they hit the button more than once
