billy.chan Posted July 28, 2017 Share Posted July 28, 2017 (edited) Hello, Recently I have added memcached server for my prestashop 1.6.1 system. Everything is fine except back office notification. Even I have checked the notification and the bubble with number of new messages disappeared, when I load other pages in back office or refresh, the bubble appears again and it keeps increasing the number when new order or new customer message comes. If I turn off the memcached option it will then get normal. How can I exclude caching to back office AJAX notification query? Or even turning off caching to the whole back office? I have tried added to classes/cache/Cache.php blacklist array with 'orders' and 'customer_message' but still failed. Thank you for your great helps!!
