Paypal Stopped Working after Using Prestashop Cleaner

Hello

 

I have been running Paypal for many months with no issues

 

Last night i used the Prestashop Cleaner to try and make the site run a little faster so i used the Prestashop Cleaner

 

check and fix

- Functional integrity constraints

 

and clean and optimize 

Database Cleaning

 

Woke up this morning and the paypal does not work

First it said there are no payment modules - Which we reset the paypal payment

then we added all info which was saved for Api and other details

Cut and pasted them onto the new setup and still paypal does not work

The Paypal circle loading up screen takes ages and sometimes it says " Things dont appear to be working at the moment, Please try again later"

 

Would appreciate any advise to get it to work again

OK working again

 

Before i did a reset of the module which did not help

 

so then i uninstalled and reinstalled and put in all details

and fully operation again
