File THEME.CSS in v. 1.7.1.2 is strange! What is going on?

I want to make some adjustments in file THEME.CSS (\themes\classic\assets\css), but it looks strange, not formated. Look at the image please; maybe you can tell me what is happening.

This file is a copied file from bootstrap and seems added without format to Prestashop. You can format it by yourself our search for the original file on bootstrap

Thanks! How to use this normalize.css file? It is different from the theme.css. What should I do?

Simply compare the files and format it by yourself. Perhaps that there are diff. passages (Prestashop included). format it analog.

I have been studying a bit of CSS sometime ago, and I can format the file myself. But it is a very large one! Maybe there are some HTML editor (like Dreamweaver) that can format it automatically. The main formatting the file needs is the wrapping of lines, so that it is easier to visualize the CSS rules. I don't have Dreamweaver installed at the moment, but I can install it. What do you think?

In fact you should work with SASS files.. and compile it to makes your css files correctly.

 

But if you want to unminimize your css files.. you just need to use a tool named  "CSS Beautifier".. look into Google you'll find several websites that can help you for this purpose.

Great advice, thanks! I could solve the issue with CoolFormat, a small portable software that clean and format every kind of code. But also the free online services, like CSS Beautifier, are a great choice!
