Redirect users based on ip location

Hi,

 

I am creating a new e-commerce and I would like to display different content to the users based on the location.

In other words, users coming from area A (which is a group of different countries) will see a certain shipping fee and content in the website, which will be different from countries of area B and countries in area C.

 

I was thinking in creating different stores by enabling multistore in PS but then i don't know how to redirect the users.

 

Any help would be much appreciated!
