Click on Add New Carrier results in blank page

I'm running 1.6.1.15. I have no shipping carriers loaded. When I click on Add New Carrier button (either one on the screen), a blank screen comes up. There is no error message and no additional screens to walk through the steps of adding a carrier. What do I do? Help!

Log into your server and see the error_log file. Or enable DEV_MODE in ./config/defines.inc.php and retry the operation.

    define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', true);   

Or enable your web browsers console. It could also give you a hint.

thanks for the advice. I ended up opening a support ticket and paying to have this fixed.
