There are no carriers that deliver to the address you selected.

Registration of a customer address is not the same thing as placing an order.

Carriers can be restricted by max measures, max weight or zones.


If for example the customer address is registered to USA but the carriers are not set up for USA, you can't place an order.

Or if you have a carrier limited to for example 30 kg of weight and no other carrier but the customer chooses 3 products with 35 kg of total, you also can't place this order.


First step: Back office an check the carrier setup.

I don't think it's from Carriers configuration, because I try to do it with same address and item for registered users and non registered users. The error becomes only with non registered users.

If I miss something please give me a example
