Paret Posted July 1, 2017 Share Posted July 1, 2017 Hi, I am using Prestashop v1.6.1.15 I have configured SMTP & IMAP properly. When I send a test mail from the SMTP configuration screen it works perfectly and I receive the test email. Similarly, when I do a store activity (like register, use the contact us link on the site) etc I get mails delivered to my mailbox properly. But when I send email as a reply from the Customer Service screen, the email isn't delivered. Could someone please help me with this? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
