How do I use # in product title

Hi, I am currently getting to grips with prestashop and I need to be able to use the # in my product titles, for example Batman #6 (2016) but every time I get told its not a valid title until I delete the #. can someone tell me what I need to change to let me use them please. I am using prestashop 1.7

This sign is not recomended to use in product title, thesame sign is also use in html as anchor, so there could be some trouble with site, but there is simillar sign try copy it and look: ♯

Thanks for the reply, Would using the other symbol have any affect of search engine results? I ask because the alternate symbol not only looks odd in the title, the number symbol (hashtag) is regularly used to search for comics on google etc, in fact every comic site uses them in titles apparently without any problem so is it just prestashop that use them for html anchors??
